Our delicious raspberry jam is a seeded jam for added texture that is great for just about anything. Whether it's an alternate choice for a PB&J over strawberry or a pork glaze, our raspberry features a medium firm texture that showcases the tartness of raspberries without being buried by just plain sugar. We start with only fresh picked berries that were hand selected and cleaned from either local growers at the farmers markets or from one of many local u-pick berry farms. Our recipe uses only raspberries, pure cane sugar, a little citrus pectin for gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination.
