Refund policy

We only offer store credit for returns. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with a discount code of 30% off or more

  • Items that are marked “Final Sale” on the website

  • Hats
  • Jewelry

  • Swimwear

  • Hair Accessories 

  • Bodysuits + Bralettes + Intimates

  • Belts
  • Seasonal Items

All return requests must be made within 14 days of the order being placed. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. Once a return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.

HOW IT WORKS: Returns are soley the responsibility of the customer. If you'd like to make a return:

1. Ensure the item is in original condition

2. All tags attached

3. Include original invoice in the return package

4. Customer must purchase their own label and send to The Goldie at 719 S. Neosho Blvd. Neosho, MO 64850

5. Give us 5-7 days to process your return (if return is accepted, you will be emailed an e-gift card to use)

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email shopthegoldie@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. 

LOST PACKAGES: Goldie is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. 

EXCHANGES: Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.

SHOES: Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.

INCORRECT ORDERS: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, this is for you! Let us know by emailing shopthegoldie@gmail.com with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 7 days so that we can ship you the correct item.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: So sorry, but we cannot do any price adjustments.
